Sale items or custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
